Little Health Co. creates playful health clinics using stuffed animals to make learning about medical care fun and approachable for kids. Through hands-on checkups with their favorite stuffed friends, children gain comfort, confidence, and understanding — reducing fear and building positive connections to health.

Familiarity with Medical Items

Children handle safe versions of doctor tools—like stethoscopes and bandages—so they know what to expect during real visits.

Learning Coping Strategies

We teach kids simple ways to manage worry, like deep breathing, asking questions, and using comfort items during check-ups.

Build Confidence in Visits

By role-playing common doctor routines, children gain confidence and reduce fear, making future appointments easier.

Resilience Starts with Play

Who We Are

Hi! I’m the founder of Little Health Co — a certified Child Life Specialist with over 11 years of experience in the hospital, helping children navigate medical experiences with confidence and care. Through play, preparation, and emotional support, I’ve helped kids cope with everything from routine checkups to serious procedures.

As a mom of three, I’ve seen how powerful it is when children feel informed, empowered, and calm — especially when it comes to health. That’s why I started Little Health Co: to bring the comfort of teddy bear clinics into homes, schools, and communities.

Our mission is simple — to make medical moments less scary and more approachable, through play-based learning and gentle, age-appropriate tools. We believe every child deserves to feel safe and supported as they learn about their bodies and the world around them.
